Keira's Personalized approach to teaching
Whether you are an individual or a group, Keira will create a specialized fitness plan to meet your goals. At the first meeting your needs and goals will be assessed through a brief discussion and a short questionnaire. From there a unique plan will be created for your body and your goals. Keira will also asses your posture and discuss with you any injury rehabilitative goals. As part of her services, Keira will also check in with you about nutrition and other areas in your life where the mind and body can come together in a more sustainable way. If you are a person who enjoys being outside when the weather is nice, additional cardiovascular training can occur outdoors as part of your session. Get some fresh air while you get the blood pumping!
